This is where we'll be telling you more about who's behind the products we've very carefully selected for the weeBgreen boutique. The environment is important to us, and so is sharing with you unique, safe, earth-friendlier products for you and your wee ones. And while not all of the products featured in the weeBgreen boutique are local, most are regional (handmade by someone on in the northeastern US). Non-local / non-regional products are made in the USA, unless otherwise specified.
So read on to learn more about the craftsperson behind your fave weeBgreen products! Chesapeake Ribbons
Featured on Amanda, Hip Mama's Place, Classy Mommy, 5 minutes for mom, and Nest Baby, Chesapeake Ribbons is a home-based craft company in greater Philadelphia. "Mommypreneur" Margie, had attended events with her various networks, and often
heard other mothers discuss their need for practical, yet stylish hair
accessories. With only a young son at the time, she hadn’t realized how
difficult it was to find trendy hair accessories that were affordable
and did not slip out of baby-fine hair. Margie decided to utilize her creativity and sense of style to design hair, ribbon belt, and other
accessories that are practical and stylish, but won’t break the bank.
Part of what makes Chesapeake Ribbons so unique is the committment to give back and strong ties to local and national non-profits.
Featured on the Martha Stewart television show, Care2, Etsy Stalker, BabyCenter and CafeMom,
Anna of fortytworoads is an innovative Philadelphia area "mommypreneur" with an eye for
design and a recycling/upcycling extraordinaire. Currently a mom to
one, with another wee one on the way, Anna is a crafter and artist. To

EcoLeeko
Featured in DailyCandy, EcoLeeko is the product of a dream Sue had in college. After graduating

kinda fizzled in the midst of real life and work. Now Sue has the opportunity to devote time, creativity and
passion to create things that are fun and ecofriendly. Sue's hope is that your wee one's enjoy playing with the dolls as much as she does making them!

Sockit Lockits Heathers Hobbies
Creator of the beautiful, organic loafers, Mary Jane's, and other hand-crocheted products we're so excited to have here at weeBgreen, Heather is a mother of three sons ages 17, 5,& 3. She has been
crocheting clothes and blankets etc... for them since they were
infants.
Heathers grandmother taught her to crochet about 20 years ago and she's been hooked since! She uses crocheting as a form of relaxation. In her own words Heather says, "I think
its the best medicine when you have three kids and need to wind down at
night. I am addicted to it. I always have to have my crochet hook and
yarn at hand at all times. I am always working on some sort of project.
I think if I couldn't crochet than I would go out of my mind."
Heather uses various types of yarns including 100% organic cotton and tries to use the softest ones she can find.
